Shopping Cart or Phone Order Return Policy
Although it’s rare we ship the wrong item… it does happen!
Our policy regarding this matter is to ship the correct part to you immediately via FedEx at our expense plus pay for return freight for the incorrect shipment along with a sincere apology from us for our mistake.
If you have made a mistake by ordering the wrong part(s) it’s still not a problem. We are more than happy to ship the correct part immediately. We will either credit or debit your credit card for any necessary adjustments or simply bill or credit you the difference whichever is agreeable to both parties. All that we ask is that you pay for the shipping on the correct part plus return of the previous shipment however you wish, US Postal is fine. In this instance, we do not charge or collect any special handling or restocking fees because we know that mistakes do happen.
ALL orders placed with The Tray Man via the Shopping Cart, Phone, email etc. that has been shipped or not and are no longer desired because you’ve changed your mind, found a better price or anything regarding a refund where WE were not at fault will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be retuned within (30) days. Please make sure that you want or need these parts BEFORE you place your order. The reason we collect this fee is because the time and overhead involved in each purchase. These fees are including but not limited to: shopping cart fee, administrative fees, shipping department overhead (boxes labels tape etc.), commissions, 800 service and of course credit card processing fees which are not refunded to us. Notice!!! It may take up to thirty (30) days to process a credit card credit on our end plus whatever it takes for your credit card company to issue a credit on your account pending on your billing cycle. Please be patient and call us if you have any questions.
Special Orders
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR ANY AND/OR ALL CUSTOM MADE AND/OR SPECIAL ORDER PURCHASES. THE REASON WE DO THIS IS BECAUSE THE VENDOR’S THAT WE BUY FROM WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM EITHER SO WE DO NOT WANT TO GET STUCK WITH YOUR MISTAKE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR TECHNICAL DETAILS AND PURCHASE ORDER DUCKS LINED UP BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!
